(You may use this product order form for online orders or to help you phone orders to our store at 815-849-5532.)

Please give 48 hours to fulfill your order. We will let you know by email or phone when it's filled and the dollar amount of the order.

You may request an order for a date past 48 hours.

If you don't see one of your favorite products, please add that request in the ORDER Comments Section when you check out.

Due to the current volatility in the market because of Covid-19, availability of products and prices are subject to change.

We reserve the right to limit quantities.


Orders will appear as $0.00 when you place your order. We will fulfill your order and send you an invoice by email or phone. You can request we call to obtain your credit card information. Or after receiving your order completion notice call us with your credit card information which we’ll input at our cash register while speaking with you. You may also pay us when you arrive to pick up your order or if you choose our Parking Lot Car Hop service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks and the Link card.


Please indicate if you want your order prepared for Store Pickup or Our Parking Lot Car Hop Service. If you choose Our Parking Lot Car Hop service to pick up the order, you’ll call the store at 815-849-5532 once in our lot to notify us you’re here. We’ll then bring it to you.
Please have patience with us as we institute this new service to help all of us stay healthy during this Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. Be assured our staff is working hard to provide the Country Village Meats products you love. As customer demand swells, we may experience some shortage of products. Please know we are doing our best to quickly make and restock some products. We’ll be happy to share suggestions of in-stock meats if your requests aren’t available. Also, customer demand ebbs and flows, so it may take longer to complete your order if it arrives during a busy period.
